Using Methods: Application: After mixing and diluting with the base oil, apply it around the nose, throat and chest area (recommended essential oil concentration is 3%) 
2. HOT WATER STEAM Inhalation: With a diffuser, use about 3 to 4 drops of essential oil per square meter depending on the size of the space. 
3. Bathing: Please put about 2-3 drops of essential oil per 20 liters bath water, depending on the amount of water, also, add a cream ball into the mixture. 
4. Steaming: Pour 150cc hot water (about 70C) into a mug, add 2-3 drops essential oil, align your mouth and nose with the mug, wrap your hands around the edge of the mug, and breathe in deeply for about 3 minutes. (For children, please use a basin and fill it with 60C hot water, cover the head with a large towel for breathing-in, and remember to be accompanied by parents)
